• Close the curtains when it gets dark.
  
• Open windows only enough to keep the room adequately ventilated.
• Don’t leave outside doors open any longer than you have to.

Small Changes - Medium Cost

• Insulate your loft with 8” of insulation…

  … and don’t forget to insulate the hatch too!

• Fit draft proofing around leaky doors/windows.

• If you have a cold area around an outside door, could you fit a heavy curtain to keep the drafts out?
